Timing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established (originally named Zhongshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.).

Completed the purchase of land and the construction of the manufacturing plant; introduced the latest imported pharmaceutical and testing equipment.

Invited to partner with the Pharmacology Laboratory of Kaohsiung Medical University in an industry-academia collaboration.

Achieved a major technological breakthrough in the manufacturing of concentrated pills, becoming a domestic pioneer in this field.

Zhongshan Pharmaceutical passed GMP compliance, becoming one of the first batches of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) factories to receive certification.

Visited the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Beijing, initiating cross-strait communication and exchanges in TCM manufacturing technology and pharmacological research.

Officially renamed as "Timing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd."

Integrated resources to establish "Timing Information Co., Ltd." The company's clinic management system was adopted by over 800 TCM clinics nationwide, achieving the highest direct-sale market share in Taiwan.

The product "Zhongshan Jiawei Nvbao Decoction" received the Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) award for consecutive years.

Chairman Mr. Po-Lun Wang represented Timing Pharmaceutical in receiving the prestigious "33rd Model of Entrepreneurs in the R.O.C. and 19th Outstanding Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs" award.

Relocated to the Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park (PABP) under the Council of Agriculture to implement the new GMP pharmaceutical and tourism factory project, constructing a nearly 9,000-ping (approx. 29,700 sq. m) facility built to "Gold-Level Green Building" standards.
Committed to talent cultivation by sponsoring employee on-the-job training at top universities (NTU, TMU, CNU, Tajen, and CSMU) to upgrade pharmaceutical technology. Introduced professional management systems including KPI, ERP, and internal audits.

(2009–2012) Executed multiple industry-academia research projects on topics such as "Taiwan Angelica," "Taiwan Andrographis," "Heat-clearing TCM," and "Taiwan Antrodia Cinnamomea" in collaboration with government agencies and top technical universities. Several outcomes are currently pending patents.

Completed the new PABP branch factory and acquired the OT (Operate-Transfer) management rights for the "Fenghe Pavilion" within the Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park.

The new factory and office construction project of the PABP branch won the 14th National Golden Award for Architecture.

Officially launched the "PABP Scientific TCM Museum" and the "Antrodia Cinnamomea Museum."

Implemented comprehensive certifications including Pharmaceutical GMP, as well as Food ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP across the Group. Obtained HALAL certification, expanding export markets from North America to Islamic countries in Southeast Asia, becoming Taiwan's largest TCM manufacturing factory.

The PABP Tourism Pharmaceutical Factory was accredited by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) as an ISO/IEC 17025 compliant laboratory (November).Chairman Mr. Po-Lun Wang received the "SME Leadership Award" (November).

Acquired the "Tourism Factory" evaluation and certification from the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) (December).

Awarded the "3rd Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Award" hosted in Hong Kong.

Obtained the "Accreditation Certificate of Foreign Drug Manufacturer" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.

The PABP Tourism Pharmaceutical Factory was awarded the Silver-Level Green Building Label and the "Friendly Building - Friendly Recreational Place" certification.

Established a Joint R&D Center with Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST), signing an industry-academia and technology licensing agreement worth over NT$6 million.

Collaborated with China Medical University on a Ministry of Science and Technology project: "Development and Application of Taiwan Native Glycine Tomentella in Nano-functional Cosmetics."

Partnered with the Food Industry Research and Development Institute (FIRDI) to execute projects for the Council of Agriculture and the MOEA, focusing on the "Development of Fruit and Vegetable Enzyme Beverages."

Received a grant from the Bureau of Foreign Trade for the "Integrated Marketing Plan to Expand Timing Pharmaceutical into the Malaysian Market.

Received a grant from the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration for an IP counseling project regarding a "New TCM Compound Drug for Treating Skin Inflammation."

Collaborated with STUST to conduct "Research on Anti-aging Related Diseases."

The PABP Tourism Pharmaceutical Factory was evaluated and recognized as an "Excellent Tourism Factory" nationwide by the Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA.

Successfully merged with Hubei Xianglian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in mainland China (a GMP pharmaceutical and QS food factory) (May 17).

Successfully completed Initial Public Offering (IPO) procedures; Stock Code: 6659 (August 25).

The PABP branch passed the Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Business Certification, proving its world-class quality (October 20).

Won the MOEA's "27th SME Innovation Research Award" for the "Timing Capsule Wellness Machine Set," which integrated a TCM brewing machine, novel capsule packaging, and production line equipment planning based on dietary therapy concepts.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) granted in-principle approval for the clinical trial of the "Autologous Immune Cell Preparation" (Project No. NK2019-2) for drug registration.

Completed the expansion of the "Timing Precision GTP Cell Preparation Center" at the Xinzhuang Plant and concurrently established the "Timing TAF Precision Testing Laboratory."

The Precision Testing Laboratory obtained TAF ISO/IEC 17025 certification (No. 3982) for testing mycoplasma, sterility, and endotoxins, applicable to the safety testing of cell products and preparations.

Applied for cell therapy technology projects in accordance with the "Regulations Governing the Application or Execution of Specific Medical Technology Examination and Instruments" (Special Regulations) in collaboration with multiple prestigious hospitals.

Collaborated with Far Eastern Memorial Hospital on the clinical trial: "Development of Cell Preparation Methods for Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs) in Cancer Treatment."

Authorized by the National Research Institute of Chinese Medicine (NRICM) to produce "Timing NRICM101" (Taiwan Chingguan Yihau). Obtained the MOHW export-only drug permit and domestic emergency use authorization (EUA) manufacturing approval.

Participated in the R20 Regions of Climate Action Paris initiative.

The Timing Precision Cell Preparation Center (GTP lab) was officially approved by the MOHW as a recognized cell preparation facility under the Special Regulations (Approval No. TP112C032).

Partnered with Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and Science to launch a four-year "Health, Cosmeceutical, and Biotech Professional Program," providing vocational training in TCM pharmaceutical skills.

Approved for Autologous Natural Killer (NK) Cell Therapy for stage IV solid tumors across 11 cancer types, in partnership with Cheng Ching Hospital and Taiwan Adventist Hospital.

The PABP Tourism Pharmaceutical Factory was awarded the 2023 "Creative Life Industry Certification" by the MOEA in the "Knowledge Transfer" category for promoting TCM knowledge and the uniqueness of Antrodia Cinnamomea.

Became the first in Taiwan to receive MOHW approval for Autologous NK Cell Therapy for stage I to III solid tumors across 7 cancer types, in partnership with Chung Shan Hospital.

Added Fu Jen Catholic University Hospital to the approved institutions for Autologous NK Cell Therapy (stage IV, 11 solid tumor types) via the Timing Precision GTP Lab.

Completed the "2023 ESG Sustainability Report" in compliance with international GRI standards, with third-party assurance provided by PwC Taiwan.

Received double honors at the 2nd "New Taipei City Enterprise Awards": the "Innovative Investment Award" for the company and the "Outstanding Women Leadership Award" won by Chairwoman Chan Yung-Ning.

Added Chung Shan Medical University Hospital to the approved institutions for Autologous NK Cell Therapy, covering stage IV (11 cancer types) and stages I-III (7 cancer types) solid tumors.

The PABP Pharmaceutical Factory and subsidiary Leader Nano Pharmaceutical Biotech's Tainan Plant passed the MOHW validation inspection, upgrading to GMP-validated TCM factories for concentrated preparations.

Announced by the Taipei Exchange (TPEx), Timing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was registered as an Emerging Stock Board (ESB) company on December 22.
