Timing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Founded on September 25, 1970, Timing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Timing Pharmaceutical) is headquartered in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City. Deeply rooted in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over half a century, the company spans three major domains: TCM manufacturing, healthcare IT, and regenerative medicine. It is one of the few pharmaceutical groups in Taiwan equipped with integrated research and development (R&D) and clinical application capabilities.

The group operates the Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park Tourism Pharmaceutical Factory, the Tainan Guantian Plant, and the Hubei Xianglian Plant. Having passed multiple quality certifications—including GMP validation, TAF, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP—Timing has established a comprehensive industrial value chain encompassing TCM raw materials, extraction and concentration, formulation, quality inspection, sales, and customer service. Furthermore, it has formed cross-strait strategic alliances with mainland China's Jointown Pharmaceutical Group and Jing Brand, enhancing the scale and international value of Taiwan's TCM industry.

While maintaining steady corporate growth and profitability through the production of concentrated TCM granules, dietary supplements, and topical medications, Timing Pharmaceutical is proactively adapting to the advancements in regenerative medicine and the demands of cancer treatment. The company is actively investing in an immune cell therapy platform under Taiwan's Special Regulations and expanding its international medical footprint, while also possessing CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) capabilities for cell manufacturing. To date, the company has established a GTP (Good Tissue Practice) cell preparation center and a TAF ISO/IEC 17025 precision cell testing laboratory. It has successfully developed immune cell products for treating solid tumors—such as Natural Killer (NK) cells, Cytokine-Induced Killer (CIK) cells, and Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs)—as well as applications involving Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (ADSCs) and exosomes for cosmetic use.

Adhering to the core philosophy of "keeping a righteous heart, making good medicine, and doing good deeds," Timing envisions green pharmaceutical manufacturing and sustainable operations. By driving smart manufacturing, biomedical innovation, and ESG governance, the company is committed to building a sustainable brand characterized by social responsibility and international competitiveness, spearheading Taiwan's TCM and regenerative medicine industries onto the global stage. We use the phrase "Perfect Timing" to encapsulate the traditional Chinese philosophy of having "favorable timing, geographical advantage, and human harmony" (天時、地利、人和), reinforcing the belief that "timing is everything in life."

The overall design evokes the imagery of clear blue skies, white clouds, and the radiant midday sun. This symbolizes our team's positive and proactive attitude in seizing every opportunity for continuous improvement, alongside the company's transparent and upright business philosophy. It signifies our unwavering commitment to providing customers and the public with safe medicinal products and services that undergo strict quality control, while also embodying the spirit of innovation and breakthrough inherent in our product development.
